A Little Bit About Me
Change can be scary. Asking for help can be hard. But it can lead to so many positive things, such as achieving unfulfilled goals and creating a healthy life balance. My approach to treatment is strength based and client-centered. I believe in working as a team with my client in a supportive, non-judgemental environment, utilizing humor and honesty to create a safe space to talk. I have a broad range of experience, including working with children and families, individuals suffering from addiction, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, and those suffering with problem sexual behavior.
Each person is unique, therefore treatment is tailored to each clients' specific needs. I use a variety of techniques, such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and ERP. Therapy is a process. Change is a journey. It takes courage to do both. You have taken the first step- now let us see where it can lead.
